Morrel Trading is the brand shown on this website. The controller’s verified legal identity, registered address and privacy contact are pending confirmation. 2. Information handled by this website
The enquiry brief tool processes what you type within your browser. It does not submit the text to Morrel Trading, save it to browser storage or send it to an analytics service. Copying the brief writes it to your device clipboard only when you select “Copy brief”. Avoid entering identification numbers, financial details or sensitive personal information.
Loading a website necessarily involves a network request. The hosting or delivery provider may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser information, request time and requested page. The precise logging practices, recipients, roles and retention periods of the hosting service must be verified by the operator. No separate analytics, advertising pixels or external font requests are included in this version of the page.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
The current brief tool helps visitors prepare text on their own device. Website delivery and security are separate infrastructure activities. Before business enquiries or other personal data are collected by Morrel Trading, the controller must identify each purpose and its applicable legal ground under Article 5 of Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, Article 6 GDPR. The page does not send enquiry text to suppliers, carriers or Morrel Trading. Hosting infrastructure processes web requests to deliver the page. Its legal entities, processing locations and any international-transfer safeguards have not yet been confirmed. Before enabling further processing, the controller must identify recipients and assess applicable KVKK Article 9 and GDPR Chapter V requirements.
5. Retention
The brief tool has no application database or persistent browser storage. Generated text remains in the active page; copied text may remain in your clipboard according to your device settings. Hosting log retention is not confirmed. Operational enquiry, contractual and statutory retention periods must be documented before those activities are introduced.
6. Your rights under KVKK
Subject to the conditions in Law No. 6698, Article 11, you may ask whether your personal data are processed; request information about that processing and its purposes; learn about recipients; request correction or deletion where applicable and notification to recipients; object to an adverse result produced exclusively by automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing that causes damage.
A verified controller contact and application procedure must be added before operational use. KVKK provides for a response to qualifying applications as soon as possible and within 30 days. Complaint procedures and deadlines are set out in the law; consult the official KVKK law.
7. GDPR, where applicable
GDPR applicability depends on the circumstances, including establishment in the EEA or offering goods or services to, or monitoring the behaviour of, people in the EU. Where it applies, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Requests normally require a response within one month, subject to permitted extensions.
The current page does not implement profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. An EU representative or data protection officer must be identified if required for the actual business. See the official GDPR text.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
The website code does not set cookies, use local storage, embed marketing trackers or load analytics. No optional-cookie consent banner is included. The hosting platform may use its own security or access-related technologies; these have not been independently audited here. This is not a guarantee that the delivery platform sets no cookies.
